Where to Stay

There is tons to see and do in the Chania region from visiting Balos, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, hiring a boat, fishing, touring historical villages or hiking.

Kissamos:

Kissamos is a small town located towards the North West side of the island. The town itself is a very small with only a handful of bars and restaurants. 

​

The wedding is taking place just outside of the town at the Youphoria Beach Front Villa. The Youphoria Villa Collection includes Seaview Villas just 13mins drive from the wedding villa. Located up in the hills amongst beautiful olive groves, the villas accommodate 3-7 people. The owner is offering all of our guests 5% off (NB there is a minimum 3 nights stay).

Our wedding villa comes with a fantastic concierge service to help book excursions.

There are also a number of hotels and villas located in Kissamos town (approx 9mins drive from the wedding villa) for all different budgets.

Chania: 

If you're looking for somewhere lively we recommend staying in Chania or Agia Marina. Chania the 2nd biggest city in Crete with more bars, restaurants and party options. Chania is approximately 30mins drive away from the villa.

Agia Marina and Stalos:

Are beach-side towns all along the same road.

A number of popular beach clubs are located here along with a wide range of restaurants and bars. It’s also quite centrally located for a number of activities. About 20mins from Chania Town and 30mins from Kissamos.
